Garcase accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

How To Request A Return

To request a return, contact us at support@Garcase.com within 30 days after delivery. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging when possible
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order information

Because some items may be made to order, each return request must be reviewed before a return is accepted.

Items That Are Not Eligible For Return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without approval or without following our return instructions
  • Items missing required order information

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@Garcase.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by Garcase, we will provide a free one-time replacement for the affected item or another approved resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. The exact return shipping cost depends on the package, carrier, and return location, so it is not a fixed amount.

If a return or replacement is required because of a confirmed error caused by Garcase, we will provide instructions for the approved resolution.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins and within 2 hours after placing the order. To request cancellation, email support@Garcase.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once fulfillment has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order.
