Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returned items after we receive and inspect the return, or for approved order issues such as confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved when:

  • The item qualifies under our Return Policy
  • The return request was made within 30 days after delivery
  • The item is received and passes return inspection
  • The item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by an issue confirmed by Garcase

Return Inspection

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets our return conditions. We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

Refund Timing

If your refund is approved after inspection, Garcase will process the refund within 3-10 business days after the return inspection is complete.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Garcase. If your case involves a shipping charge or replacement cost, we will explain the approved resolution during the return review.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved but you have not received it after the expected processing time, first check with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us at support@Garcase.com.

No Unconditional Refund Promise

Refunds are issued only when an order or returned item meets the conditions described in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.
